bc9Afx is on it's way

bc9Afx is a new, nearly completed, bc9Basic package that gives the user a choice of tiny exe's, José's CWindow/Afx code, or a combination of these, along with industry standard c++ constructs, translated to 64bit unicode based MS c++ source.

PBCC 6.0     Hello.exe -> 12,288
bc9Basic TCLib version ->  6,144

I attached both exe's so you can check the details with explorer and see both have a version info and icon. Also note tclHello.exe is 64bit
