The mono project on Linux (.NET)

Just some info for linux newbies like me.

Today i found out that there is a ready to go linux distro with the mono project on it (VMWare).

The new release should be able to run (on evt. Windows compiled) forms applications.

I have just ran this linux distro and contains a few .net apps.
Due folder sharing not working somehow, i'll have to test a compiled exe later on..
Maybe i burn it on CD.

From www.vmware.com you can download the 'player'.
