Need help to finish RB program.

Hi, this is a learning question.

I try to find a program LIKE or create setup.exe (install program).
I explain, when your program is finish you have few file to pack
with some ***.dll to install to depend the os system.
I would like some 'pro' look.
Accept license, chose dir, desktop icon for shortcut, etc.
I know we can pack with zip and let the customer manage, or
work harder and feel great, please not to complicate or to expensive.

Look at Inno Setup. It is good and freeware.
