Calling GetTickCount with PB

PB code calls GetTickCount directly, and then calls some other function after GetTickCount returns

Do you know what the other function might be?

Don't know if PB calls some other function or not, but a common need is to have to reset the FPU control word because many API/COM calls can change it.
