I'd like to see an option to keep the caret line visible even when the
focus is lost.
The following 2 messages are available, but not found in SCINTILLA.INC:
SCI_GETCARETLINEVISIBLEALWAYS = 2654
SCI_SETCARETLINEVISIBLEALWAYS = 2655

They require SCILEXER.DLL v3.2.4 or better.
