This project was written with the first WinLIFT version, for the GDIPLUS Helper addon, more than 10 years ago (february 2002).
Its purpose was to explain how to use the GDIPLUS flat API at the time of its first release by Microsoft, before the DOT.Net obscurification has occured.
Most of the original GDI+ API are shown in context within the PICTURE project, you will have first to select an image that will be used for background.
