In the next future, i may have to translate my WinDev "Fly worship" multimedia audio project to work on Mac OS.

Do you know of some good links about Objective-C and Cocoa, that could get me in?

And a good RAD/GUI designer?

You get all included, for free, with the standard dev suite Xcode.
Check this about Interface Builder.

Some free lectures on Objective C... However I forgot to mention you need iTunes installed as it is linked to iTunes University downloads.

If you have an iPad with iBooks then go to the iBooks store and search for Apple Developer publications for some free books
